Repaint the temperature of the Earth

Point. 1 : HEAT REFLECTION: OVER 25 DEGREES CELSIUS
NeOCOAT dissipates thermal energy within the paint by transforming heat into kinetic energy.
Conventional heat reflective paint reflects IR (infrared rays), creating an urban heat island

Point. 2 : DIRT ON SURFACE : OVER 25 DEGREES CELSIUS
Surface dirt does not influence heat exchange.
Thus, the temperature underneath is lowered.
Heat reflection fails with surface dirt and the temperature goes up.

Point. 3 : HEAT STORAGE: UNDER 25 DEGREES CELSIUS
No heat exchange occurs between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius. When its under 5 degrees, NeOCOAT raises the temperature.
Conventional heat reflective paint reflects IR, lowering the temperature underneath.


When it's over 25 degrees Celsius NeOCOAT dissipates thermal energy within the paint by transforming heat into kinetic energy.
When it's under 5 degrees, NeOCOAT raises the temperature. There is no change between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius.

NeOCOAT heat exchange functions are not influenced by surface dirt.

Paintable on various surface such as metal, rubber chips, concrete, and asphalt.

NeOCOAT is registered as new technology by the Bureau of Construction of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
